First off, I really enjoyed going back and looking through my blog and all of the different post I have made. I have been more caught up in getting each individual assignment turned in, that I had not looked back at all of the work I have accomplished. The first thing that stood out to me is that in my first reading notes I focused on tales about animals. Without even realizing it my project is centered around stories about animals too. Out of all of the different readings I enjoyed the Aesop Tales the most so I think that might be why I have kept up with the animal theme, it just seemed to be something I enjoy. As of right now, I am really loving my class project but I need to start figuring out my next love tale that can feature an animal. (Any suggestions would be helpful!) My biggest accomplishment in the class so far is my story of “The Lion that Loved the Princess”. I really enjoyed making this story a happy ending and helping the love between the two main characters a little deeper than the original tale.

This picture is one of my favorites. It shows a really majestic animal in thought and matched the look of the Lion I wanted to portray. It also represents my favorite story that I have written.

3. Looking Forward:
In the more recent tales I have started to stray from the animal theme but for the sake of my project, I will need to start reading animal tales again. I have already learned so much about personal writing in this class and I love getting notes from others who have read my stories, not just the professor.
